Stutor X Student Athlete Centers
Our “Why” Mission Statement
Fewer than 2 percent of NCAA Student-Athletes will go on to play at the professional level. In reality, most will depend on academics to prepare them for life after college. Universities and programs spend millions of dollars every year on the performance from the neck down. The other 98% will have to depend on academic performance from the neck up to see their success post graduation. Education is immensely important, and we want to make sure administrators and student athletes have the best tools to support them.
A program like Stutor encourages athletic programs to focus on education. Showing the parents of a young student athlete being recruited out of whatever situation they have for a home life, is as important as signing an LOI to play a sport. It will become a recruiting advantage. It will become an educational advantage for the university. It will become a centerpiece for student athlete opportunities in the world of education when the real mission is to stay eligible.
With one of our Co-Founders being a former Division 1 NCAA athlete, we understand the pain points of being a Student-Athlete. It’s no question they are at a disadvantage amongst their peers in the classroom, but we don’t believe it has to remain this way. Working closely with numerous Student Athlete Academic Centers, we have worked hard to address those disadvantages and come up with a solution that not only benefits a programs athletes, but also its administration.
Our number one priority is for Stutor to bring academic help to all 21st century Student Athletes!
